About the Dominion Beach Resort

The Dominion Beach Resort is located on the Spanish Mediterranean on the south coast of Spain, near the Andalusian cities Estepona (about 6km), Puerto Banús (about 15km) and Marbella (about 20km).

The impressive landscaped gardens of the resort invites with its typical Andalusian style for a stroll. In the Resort you will find two swimming pools: the Beach pool is situated directly on the seafront and offers a wonderful view to Gibraltar and Morocco. Here you will also find the beach restaurant, which serves local specialties at reasonable prices. The second swimming pool is surrounded by the Resort’s gardens and can possibly be heated in the spring, fall and winter months (the heating basically depends on the current number of guests at the Resort and can not be guaranteed).

Our 140 sq. m. Penthouse apartment is located in Villa Palladio and provides you with all needs of families of any kind. Our apartment is equipped with:

• 3 bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes
• 2 bathrooms, equipped with bath-tub, shower, bidet and WC
• 1 cloakroom with guest lavatory
• a spacious living-room with dining table, lounge area, multi-language HD-Television, fireplace and writing-desk
• a large kitchen, equipped with all manner of electrical appliances including a dishwasher and a washing-machine
• a veranda, accessible from the living-room and from two of the bedrooms
• a roof terrace with a partly sea view

Master Bedroom (incl. exklusive bathroom)

The 19 sq.m. large bedroom provides access to the Veranda and includes a luxury en-suite marble bathroom with a circular bath-tub, twin wash basins, bidet and WC.

Guest Bedroom 1

The 12 sq.m. medium-sized bedroom provides direct access to the veranda.

Guest Bedroom 2

Small but oozing style: another guest bedroom (9 sq.m.).

Living room

The 30 sq. m. spacious living-room with dining table, lounge area, multi-language HD-Television, fireplace and writing-desk.

Roof Terrace und Veranda

The apartment has two terraces that cover a total area of about 140 square metres: The lower-level veranda extends over a surface of 40 square metres and is accessible from three of the apartment’s rooms. It boasts two areas for dining and also a variety of sun loungers. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast, basking in glorious sunshine or savouring the delights of an unforgettable dinner to the sound of the roaring waves, this is a place that everyone finds very difficult to leave…

The 100-square-metre-large roof terrace is reached via the separate tower staircase. This vantage point affords a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea. And Andalucian-style furniture in the dining area provides the perfect setting for a convivial barbecue enriched with a sumptuous glass of deep, dark Rioja.
