Where is the Dominion Beach Resort and the apartment ”Palladio 73” located?
The Dominion Beach Resort is located on the Mediterranean Sea at the Costa del Sol next the popular southern Spanish ports of Marbella (20km) and Puerto Banus (15km). The apartment is located in the second row right by the sea of the Resort. The walking distance to the beach is about 1-2min from the apartment.
What is the next city next to the Resort?
The nearest town is Estepona, a small, typical Spanish city, which centre is about 6 Km away. You can walk along to Estepona at the beach in about 45 minutes.
Which time ist the earliest check-in time and latest check-out time?
You can enter the apartment on the day of your arrival by 15.00pm at the earliest, and have to leave it on your departure day by 10.00am at the latest.
Does the apartment has sea view?
Yes! Enjoy from both the terrace and the veranda of the apartment a partial sea view through the two villa blocks of the first row of the Dominion Beach Resort
What kind of nationalities are usually in the Resort?
In the Resort you will find an international audience, which generally consists of families with children spending their holidays.
How is the beach like?
The beach is clean and a mixture of sand and stone beach.
Are there swimming pools in the Resort?
There are two swimming pools in the Resort. One of them is located directly on the beach promenade with an impressive sea view. The other is located in the inner area of the resort and might be possibly heated in the cold months (no guarantee – depends on number of guests in the Resort!).
How do we get the keys of the apartment?
The Key collection takes place at the reception desk at the entrance of Dominion Beach Resort and is possible at any time. An arrival in the evening or at night is therefore not a problem. More information can be found on our guest information form which we provide to you shortly before your stay regarding a confirmed reservation.
How long is the journey from Malaga airport?
The journey from Malaga to the apartment is about 50-65 minutes by car.
Are there any shops in Dominion Beach Resort?
There are no shopping facilities in the Resort, but a nice little restaurant incl. a beach bar which serves a variety of regional meat and fish specialties at reasonable prices.
Shall we rent a car for our stay?
We definitely suggest yes! We advise to all our guests to rent a car, as most tourist attractions are much easier to reach by car. You can find several international car rental companies (Hertz, Europcar, etc …) at the airport in Malaga.
Do we have Internet access in the apartment and in the Resort?
Yes! There is a free Wi-Fi throughout the whole Resort and in the apartment. As the Wi-Fi is is used by all guests of the Resort, the Internet connection and speed depends on the current number of guests at the Resort. The password to log-in will we provided prior to your stay regarding a confirmed booking reservation.
Are towels provided in the apartment?
Yes! We provide for each guests a set of towels in the apartment. The price is inclusive of the booking fee. An intermediate cleaning and replacement of linen during your stay is possible for additional cost.
What technical equipment is in the apartment?
In the apartment there is a Flat Screen television, a hair dryer, an iron and and 1 safe.
What kind of electronic equipment do we find in the kitchen?
The kitchen is equipped a semi gas/electric stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine.
What kind of baby equipment is in the apartment?
You will find the following baby equipment in the apartment:

– 1 extra baby cot mattress
– 1 baby cot linen
– 2 baby cot bed sheets
